1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SharnaBradley.com you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using my services.
1.2 Introduction
Welcome to SharnaBradley.com. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations that govern your use of my platform. I kindly ask that you carefully read and understand these terms, as they establish a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and Sharna Bradley, the operator of this website.
My platform serves as a connecting medium between individuals seeking nanny services an myself. By using my website, you acknowledge and accept the roles, responsibilities, and obligations you undertake as a client (seeking nanny services).
It is important to note that SharnaBradley.com reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the website, and it is your responsibility to stay informed about any updates.

1.3 Legislation:
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales and the Parent/carer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Sharna Bradley is legally responsible for its Tax and National insurance payments and for providing detailed invoice/ receipt, as well as being responsible for its own pension contributions that are required to be made by UK law.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Process:
a. Service Agreement: When a Client and Sharna Bradley agree to a childcare arrangement on SharnaBradley.com a service agreement is formed. This agreement includes details such as the duration, date, time, location, and any specific requirements for the childcare service.
b. Booking Confirmation: The booking is confirmed once the client receives both a confirmation email along with an invoice receipt. The services made available to book directly through my website are preliminary bookings and still require an additional confirmation once all client’s information has been reviewed by myself.
c. Payment Authorization: By confirming a booking, the client authorises SharnaBradley.com to charge the agreed-upon fees to their provided payment method, which may include credit cards, electronic payment systems, or other acceptable forms of payment.
d. Vacation Nanny, Bespoke Packages and Group Reservations: Kindly verify that you have thoroughly reviewed and comprehended the outlined terms and conditions regarding these childcare options.
e. As the client, you are accountable for covering all expenses related to my services, encompassing, but not restricted to:
f. It is also the client’s responsibility to provide any necessary VISA’s or work permits required for myself Sharna Bradley to complete my service or booking.
g. If you are booking half day cover for any of the above services then I can provide care 7 consecutive days a week.
h. If you are booking full day cover for any of the above services then I can provide care 6 -consecutive days in a week.
I. If you are booking 24-hour cover for any of the above services then I can provide care for 5 consecutive days.
*A 36- hour break period will be needed before further care can be resumed.
j. Note that my duties pertaining to all childcare services are specifically childcare related. My role does not cross over into household work of any description.
k. e. An additional travel rate of £25 per day will be applied to all international bookings for the duration of the service required.
l. when providing childcare abroad I offer two options; traveling direct to the destination from London, providing care on arrival. Alternatively traveling to your country of residence and accompanying your family on the onwards journey.
m. In flight childcare cost’s will be dependent on the duration of the flight. And will be calculated based upon this.
N. Emergency Cover.
o. For same day emergency cover bookings an additional fee of £50 will be applied to the service.
2.2 Payment Process:
a. Fee Structure: The fees for all childcare services are determined by Sharna Bradley and communicated clearly on my website. Services that don’t list pricing are attainable from myself via enquiry or email.
b. All prices for nannying services are based upon the care of two children or less. Please be aware that prices will increase if care for additional children is needed.
c. Payment Authorization: The client's payment method will be charged at the time of booking. Payment processing is managed securely through my platform.
d. All additional invoices are payable within 48 hours from the date booking is confirmed via receipt of invoice and email confirmation via bacs.
e. Failure to pay within this specified period will void the childcare arrangement and result in your booking being cancelled.
2.3 Cancellations and Refunds:
a. Cancellation Policy: Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policy specified during the booking process. This policy may include terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and related fees.
b. If for some reason I Sharna Bradley am unable to accommodate your booking due to personal or unforeseen circumstances then a full refund will be issued back to the client within 5-7 working days.
e. If the client wishes to rebook on a different date then this option is also available, and priority to accommodate such request will be given.
f .If a parent/carer no longer wishes to go ahead with a booking with SharnaBradley.com then the following is applicable;
d. Cancellation: I offer a complimentary 48-hour cancellation period from the time of booking on all services booked unless specified otherwise.
e. Refunds: Cancellations made outside of this 48-hour period will entitle you to a 50% refund of the total amount.
c. For group, international and bespoke bookings I require at least 14 days notice prior to the booking date.
d. Regrettably, cancellations within any of the above periods will not be eligible for the 50% refund.
e. Bookings outside of the greater London area but within the UK will incur an additional travel free of £10 per 5 miles.
2.5 Sleep Consultancy:
a.For in-house, overnight observations and sleep coaching, I request that any cancellations be made at least 14 days before the scheduled booking date.
b.Personalised sleep plans are excluded from refunds due to the fact that they are tailored specifically to each child’s needs and therefore cannot be reused or resold once created.
c. Regrettably, cancellations within any of the above periods will not be eligible for the 50% refund.
d. for international in-house sleep coaching please be aware that you will be accountable for covering the following expenses as it pertains to this service, encompassing, but not restricted to:
2.4 Taxes:
a. Tax Responsibility: Sharna Bradley and Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations regarding income earned or paid for childcare services arranged through the platform.
b. Tax Reporting: SharnaBradley.com does not provide tax advice. Users should consult with a tax professional to understand their tax obligations and reporting requirements.

4. Safety and Security
4.1 User Safety:
a. Safety Guidelines: Users of SharnaBradley.com are encouraged to prioritise the safety and well-being of themselves. This includes following safety guidelines and recommendations for in-person meetings and childcare arrangements.
b. Background Checks: While I Sharna Bradley hold an automated yearly background check through the GOV.UK website [https://www.gov.uk] it is essential for clients to exercise due diligence in verifying my credentials and suitability for the job by reviewing my certifications and any relevant information.
c. Clients will have the opportunity to review all qualifications and accreditations that I Sharna Bradley hold upon our initial meet, whether that be in person or virtually.
a. All communications, whether written or oral and however communicated, shall remain strictly confidential between the parties. This policy defines the arrangements that Sharna Bradley has to assure compliance to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018. As relevant to the businesses interest.
a. User Privacy: SharnaBradley.com is committed to protecting user privacy. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. Confidentiality: Clients are expected to maintain the confidentiality of personal information shared during the booking process. Personal information should not be disclosed without the explicit consent of the other party.
5.1 Data Retention: I will hold information about individuals, which includes; parents, careers and children only for as long as the law says and no longer than necessary. After this I will dispose of it securely.
I keep data about all individuals secure and aim to protect data against authorised change, damage, loss or theft. All data collected is only accessed by authorised individuals. All paper forms are kept locked away and all computers and tablets are password protected.
6. Liability:
a. Sharna Bradley will at all times endeavour to provide the Parents / Carers with a high standard of childcare. However, the Parent/ carer must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of Sharna Bradley prior to making any bookings for the use of services and accepting of these terms and conditions.
b. Sharna Bradley holds liability insurance with holistic services. You will find an up-to-date insurance certificate within the professional portfolio that parents/carers will have the opportunity to review at a face-to-face meet.
6.1 Child Safety:
a. Supervision: I am responsible for the safety and supervision of children while providing childcare services. I must take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or injuries.
b. Emergency Protocols: I should be aware of and follow appropriate emergency procedures in case of accidents, injuries, or unforeseen situations. These will be discussed specifically upon booking confirmation.
6.2 Reporting Safety Concerns:
a. Reporting Incidents: If any safety concerns arise during a childcare arrangement, clients are encouraged to report such incidents directly to myself Sharna Bradley and, if necessary, to local authorities.

3. Operating Hours: My operating hours for inquiries and support are [9:00am- 6:00pm, Monday-Friday]. Responses to legal matters may vary but will be addressed during normal business hours.
4. User Responsibility: Clients are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date to ensure effective communication. And to contact myself immediately if anything changes.
5. Electronic Notices: Users consent to receive communications and notices electronically, which may include email or updates posted on the website. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the website for updates and changes to the terms and conditions.
