You often hear about the impact of sleepless nights with newborns, infants and toddlers, but nothing can quite prepare you for how challenging, stressful and demanding it can be. Although nearly all parents will experience these trials and tribulations at some point, it doesn’t make it any easier to navigate and can still be highly overwhelming without the proper support and guidance.
Whether your baby or child struggles to sleep, wakes continuously throughout the night, or seems to be experiencing night terrors, sleep dependency/ co-sleeping, sleepwalks/talks or any other issues, I offer one-to-one tailored support for you and your family’s needs.

They say it takes a village to raise a child and, in this instance, a team to tackle challenges. So if you feel apprehensive, unsure, slightly embarrassed or even as if you are failing, I urge you to remind yourself that there is no rule book to parenting and that your child’s sleep is no exception.

It’s essential to understand how sleep works for infants and children better to support the creation of healthy relationships between them, and that’s where I come in. The associations you create with sleep as an infant set the tone for your relationship with sleep throughout your life, which is why it’s crucial for them to be as positive and stable as possible.
Before proceeding with one of my sleep consultancy services, please note the following;
I cannot work with a new family without an initial phone or Zoom consultation; this is key in being able to pinpoint and address the areas of concern that you as a parent or carer have and for me to see if I feel that I’m best suited to support you on this journey.
Following a phone or Zoom consultation, I always recommend coming for an in-house observation (this is, of course, optional) so that I can see first-hand any challenges you may be facing. As much as I aim to be as thorough as possible during the initial conversation, the more information I have first-hand through observation in your home environment, the better I can advise and guide you moving forward. Each sleep plan is explicitly tailored to not only your preferred parenting style but also your child’s temperament, which will be most effective if I can ensure that all areas and bases have been covered.
I then offer different sleep services to suit you, your family and your child’s needs. Please see package specifics below for all options, information on what each service entails, and pricing. Regarding in-house sleep coaching, I cannot guarantee long-term sustainable results on anything less than a five- to seven-day coaching cycle, as habits typically begin to form at this point. This can vary on a case-to-case basis, meaning they may require more support depending on how easily they find the adaptations and adjust to the new sleep routine and associations.
To secure your booking, the full payment on all services is required upfront. I understand that sometimes plans may change, so offer a complimentary 48-hour cancellation period from the time of booking. Cancellations made outside of this 48-hour period will entitle you to a 50% refund of the total amount.
